At RewiredLighting, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union countries
- Australia
- Select international destinations
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once the order has been processed.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
- Delayed Package: Check the tracking information first. If it shows no movement for 5+ days, contact us
- Damaged Package: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Missing Package: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and contact your local carrier first
7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Express and overnight shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
8. Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Terms and minimum order requirements will be clearly stated during promotional periods. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
