We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery for most items. No questions asked.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Defective Items: Items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days
  • Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for a free exchange

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Out of Stock Items - Store Credit

If a product in your order becomes unavailable or goes out of stock after you've placed your order, you will receive a full store credit for the value of that product, including any associated shipping costs. This credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases.

Damaged or Lost in Transit - Store Credit

If your item is damaged by the shipping provider during transit, arrives in a damaged or defective condition due to delivery handling, or is lost in transit, you will receive a full store credit for the value of the affected item(s). This credit will be applied to your account and can be used towards your next order.

To report a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the damage (if applicable) and your order number.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items of equal value. If you'd like to exchange for a different item, please return your original item and place a new order. For size exchanges on the same item, contact us and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement
  • Contact your bank (refunds can take time to process)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us

To initiate a return:

  2. Include the reason for your return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
  4. Pack your items securely and ship them back
